Job Description:

* REMOTE Bookkeeper - Temporary (Potential for Perminant Role)

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Job Type: Part-time - REMOTE

Location: Cleveland, Ohio

Shift & Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 9:00 am - 5:30 pm

Must Have:

* Customer service experience

* Reliable internet connection

* Speed and excel experience

We are looking for an exceptional Bookkeeper to join our TEAM

What we're looking for:*

* Maintain Zephire and Geneva program.

* Create ticket audits.

* Perform general entry bookkeeping.

* Create invoices.

* Manage cash receipts.

* Create Aging Reports.

* Complete required month-end reports.

* Maintain regular communication with manager and other staff and assist as needed.

* Performs other tasks as developed and assigned by company management.

* Answer phone and assist customers with any problems immediately.

Must haves:

* Minimum 2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience - including experience managing A/R, A/P, and performing audit functions.

* Knowledge of basic bookkeeping or accounting principles.

* Excellent organizational, time management, and problem solving abilities.

* Excellent interpersonal skills, professional appearance and demeanor.

* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

* Ability to work at a desk or computer terminal for extended periods of time.

Good to haves:

* Valet parking: 1 year+

* Customer service: 1 year+
