Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service while working from home? We are looking for detail-oriented and compassionate individuals to join our team as Remote Call Center Representatives. Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
+ Respond to member inquiries via phone and email, delivering exceptional customer service.
+ Assist members with understanding their healthcare plans, benefits, and coverage.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to claims, billing, and services.
+ Document member interactions accurately in internal systems.
+ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure member satisfaction.
Qualifications:
+ Experience in a customer service or call center environment, preferably in healthcare.
+ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
+ Proficiency with computer systems and basic software applications.
+ High school diploma or equivalent required.
