Title: Cloud Automation EngineerLocation: Remote - EST HoursDuration: 12-18 month projectCompensation: 65 - 70 HR W2Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.Skillset / Experience: Python & PowerShell, CICD pipelines, AWS/Azure, Terraform + AnsibleKey Responsibilities: Design and Development: Develop and implement solutions involving both application and infrastructure resources including management, deployment, and monitoring of those resources where applicable.Automation Tools: Develop, utilize and integrate various automation tools and frameworks to streamline cloud operations.Scripting and Coding: Write and maintain scripts and code for automating cloud tasks using languages such as Python, Node.js, or PowerShell.Cloud Services: Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud to deploy and manage cloud resources.CI/CD Pipelines: Design, implement, and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery.Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor cloud environments to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency. Implement automated solutions for proactive issue detection and resolution.Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, operations, and security, to ensure seamless integration and operation of cloud services.Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for automated processes, configurations, and procedures.Security and Compliance: Ensure that all automated solutions adhere to security best practices and compliance requirements.Who you'll work withThe GTTS organization is responsible for protecting the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information and computing assets associated with the clients US Government and Trust service delivery, while enabling business efficiency.
