We hire the best to provide the best service.Le'fant is currently seeking team members to work on strategic communications/support for a PACT Act project.RequirementsA Bachelor's Degree and 3 years experience or 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education.A Communications Analyst assists in the planning, design and implmentation of communications networks. They conduct easibility studies for large projects, develops requests for proposal, evaluates vendor products, and makes recommendations on selection. They create toolkits and products to assist stakeholders with acclimating to technology modernization initiatives and processing systems.

Experience with working on the development and execution of a communications strategy is required.

Experience with program or project management and change management, as they pertain to communication efforts, is required.

Direct experience working in the VA environment strongly preferred.
