We hire the best to provide the best service.Le'fant is currently seeking team members to work on strategic communications/support for a PACT Act project.RequirementsA Bachelor's Degree and 5 years experience or 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education.A Communication Specialist oversees all communications within an organization, ensuring the messages being conveyed align with the company's values and objectives. Shall provide an interactive mechanism to engage participants and to bolster participation. Must be familiar with producing the following:• Fact sheets• Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)• Standard Operating Procedures• User guides• Quick reference guides• Job Aids
Experience with managing a team of direct reports in the development and execution of a communications strategy is required.Experience with leading program or project management and change management, as they pertain to communication efforts, is required.Direct experience with developing a congressionally mandated report is required.Direct experience working in the VA environment strongly preferred.
