Opening with our retail client for a junior level Computer Operator. This role is remote and covers Third Shift: Essential Functions
- Monitor production jobs running in data centers in the scheduling software Control-M.
- Follow the SOP associated with failed jobs.
- Monitor dashboard for POS & CRM.
- Monitor environments, heat, humidity and moisture, in data center.
- Call out appropriate group for issue resolution
- Monitor circuits and equipment in datacenters.
- Take Service Desk calls from off-shore locations and distribution centers
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 to 3 years of IT related experience (training will be provided)
- Knowledge of Control-M automation tool a plus.
- Strong communication and customer service skills
