Remote Customer Experience Representative

People who need help with their products want a friendly, reliable, and educational experience. The Remote Customer Experience Representative will serve as the customer's guide through the complex world and assist in saving them money throughout the process.

Responsibilities

Participate in daily huddles to align with the team

Receive regular training and coaching to improve service skills

Handle inbound calls and resolve issues for customers

Recommend additional products to cover policy gaps

Have regular meetings with the manager as needed to discuss any relevant matters
