Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer support to patients and clients, assisting with transportation scheduling, and resolving inquiries related to specialized benefits. You will be the voice of the company, ensuring that patients receive the best possible service and assistance in a timely and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, clients, and providers via phone, email, or chat in both English and Spanish.
  • Schedule transportation services for patients based on their needs and eligibility.
  • Answer inquiries about specialized benefits, ensuring that customers fully understand their options and coverage.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in the company's system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of services.
  • Meet performance goals, including call response time and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (both verbal and written).
  • At least 6 months of relevant customer service experience.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to handle a variety of customer inquiries.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote setting.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Starting Hourly Pay: $16.50/hour.
  • Bonuses: Up to $120 per paycheck based on employee attendance and performance.
