Job Description A real estate client is looking to hire 4 Remote Data Entry Clerks to aid in a software integration of almost 30,000 work orders between Salesforce & Corrigo. This role is a 5-month contract where you will be provided a laptop and have in-depth training starting on November 1st, prior to the integration going live on December 1st. This role is straight forward and repetitive, so being a fast learner, a good communicator and having the ability to be occasionally client facing is imperative. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be taking data from one system, entering the data into another & returning it to the first system it came from. Essentially, youll open up a work order, find the data you need, enter the correct information into the opposite system to ensure the data matches; transferring work orders between both systems multiple times might be needed. You will also need to export reports from one system, correct the information & upload the report into the adjacent system. Having CMMS experience will be a plus, as youll be using Corrigo & Salesforce in this position daily. Role Purpose: This position based in the AMR region is responsible to manage work orders in multiple CMMS systems. General duties include transferring (swivel chair) work order data between multiple CMMS systems to maintain the accuracy of a work order in both CMMS systems. Responsibilities include: The designated CMMS Swivel Chair Administrator is responsible for the overall data integrity of work orders in multiple CMMS systems. Create and update work orders in multiple CMMS systems. Transfer status updates of a work order from one CMMS system to the other CMMS system through the life cycle of the work order. Provide updates bi-directional. Create/manage a work order manually or through mass uploads. Ensure 100% accuracy of status updates of the work order in both CMMS systems. Follow the work order mapping to ensure work order is created correctly. Provide time sensitive updates to work orders in real time. Follow account specific process to update work order, which may include setting up alerts in the CMMS systems. Follow account specific process for emergency work orders, which may involve contacting the technician on account team. Follow any specific account process to mange the swivel chair process between multiple CMMS systems. Pull reports on work order status.
