About the job Remote Data Entry Clerk The ideal candidate must have good computer and internet skills with some accounting knowledge/work experience, pay attention to details, organized, and proficient in Excel. Not for Candidates outside the States As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be entrusted with handling a variety of data-related tasks for clients from around the globe. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that data is accurate, organized, and accessible, meeting the specific needs of each client. Accurately input and manage data into our company databases and systems- Verify and correct any discrepancies found in the data- Conduct data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files- Prepare and sort documents for data entry- Track progress and report any issues or concerns to the team lead- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of data entry tasks- Adhere to company guidelines and policies for data confidentiality and security Qualifications: High school diplomat with some college education and/or 1 years of office work experience is preferred. Ability to work within established turnaround times Must have exceptional social skills and the ability to organize simultaneous tasks Ability to analyze and apply company policies and procedures Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work both individually and within a group environment Ability to stay organized, give attention to information, follow guidelines and multi-task in a professional and efficient way No experience, Willing to train
