About the job Remote Data Entry Clerk - Typing - Part Time This position provides services to the Construction Department. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Responsible for processing all invoices in INFOR. Verifying GL Coding, Purchase Order creating and routing as needed. Receive, stamp, distribute incoming invoices for approval. Electronic and paper filing of invoices processed as needed. Assist Admin Office Manager as needed with various duties. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to remain in a stationary position throughout much of the working day. Ability to occasionally move about inside the office.
