About the job Remote Data Entry Specialist / Part-time Our team is growing, and we are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this opportunity in Chicago, IL for a Data Entry/Front Office. The regular hours for this position are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time. Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:
- Able to perform all functions/responsibilities of Shipping and Receiving Clerk and has the ability and responsibility to schedule cases and/or invoice cases.
- Receives case, opens case and disinfects case for production.
- Packs and ships case for delivery through local source or national carrier.
- Performs the scheduling function for each case
- Through LIS enter demographics and customer information
- Print preference notes matching to case.
- Move case into production area.
- Invoices cases and assists with billing questions or issues
- Scanning of paperwork for each case for electronic storage
- Answer all incoming calls
- Respond to all inquiries from customers office
- Refers all technical inquires to appropriate team member
- All other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education and Experience Required:
- Required: High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Some billing experience required

- Disinfectant process chemicals

Physical Requirements:
- Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and/or reach
- Exhibit fine motor skills and/or perform repetitive motions
