Remote Defense Attorney

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing litigation cases, resolving legal disputes, developing agreements, negotiating contracts, setting claims, and advocating for clients in court. The role involves building and maintaining client relationships to ensure an excellent customer experience. The client's caseload primarily consists of insurance defense, personal injury defense, and construction litigation.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal support to clients and assist attorneys
• Maintain client relationships
• Prepare legal reports and documents

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Active membership in the Bar association
