REMOTE Employment Law Attorney

Job description: Our client is currently in search of two employment attorneys. One with 4+ years of experience and one with a minimum of 15 years of experience. Salary is commensurate with experience.

Skills & Experience Needed

• Must have a well-established and exclusive employment litigation, defense background
• Must have 4 years of employment law defense experience
• Trial experience preferred, but not required
• Experience with public entity defense a plus
• Must have knowledge of class/PAGA inclusive
• Bachelors and Juris Doctor degrees
• Member, State Bar of California in good standing
• Superior research, analytical, and negotiating ability
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Commitment to proactive case management
