Remote Employment Litigation Associate or Counsel Attorney

Our client, a very reputable law firm with a great culture, is seeking a mid-level to senior employment litigation associate or counsel to join their busy California practice. This attorney will focus on both class action and single-plaintiff matters.

The salary range for this role is estimated at $200,000 - $225,000. There is also the potential for large annual bonuses. Hours are 1800. Permanent remote work arrangements are permitted and have been part of this firm s culture since pre-Covid.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Active CA Bar membership in good standing.
• A strong academic background (top law school or a strong GPA from a nationally recognized law school).
• Between 5 and 10 years of defense-side employment law experience at a reputable law firm of any size.
