Compliance Exchange Group (www.cxgllc.com) is seeking a well-organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented individual to join its sales team as a Client Advisor. The CA will report directly to the firm's Director of Growth and Operations.
CXG is a top-tier Principal outsourcing, and full-service compliance firm, servicing FINRA regulated broker-dealers across the U.S. We are one of the few firms that provide fully outsourced principal solutions, in addition to regulatory consulting, CCO & FINOP outsourcing, and CMA - 1017 services. A true engine for growth, CXG serves broker-dealers, removing barriers to growth, putting our clients in the lead.
This full-time remote position is expected to add value, work efficiently and constantly strive to improve team performance throughout their function. Attendance on daily ZOOM/TEAM calls and/or phone calls with team members and clients is required.
Responsibilities:
Field inbound and marketing generated leads, including holding conference calls, video calls, emailing and otherwise coordinating with clients and potential clients.
Act as point of contact for clients throughout the sales cycle.
Meet with various Broker Dealers and prospective Broker Dealer clients.
Provide analysis of client needs and offer solutions and services.
Support new and existing client accounts.
Maintain effective and long-lasting relationships with clients to advise and offer additional services to meet emerging client requirements.
Draft, review, explain and file engagement agreements.
Qualifications:
Associates degree or equivalent experience in sales or marketing
Financial services experience required
SIE highly desired
Additional:
Customer service, organization and time management skills to successfully manage multiple clients
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive, OneNote, etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to exercise sound judgement, discretion, and confidentiality in all matters involved in this position
Must be able to collaborate and problem solve with other members of the team
Consistently demonstrates added value to the firm
Should be able to quickly learn new techniques and skills to most effectively meet client and management expectations
