**Position Overview:**

We are seeking motivated and self-driven individuals to join our team as Remote Insurance Sales Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for selling a variety of insurance products, including life, health, auto, and home insurance, to prospective clients. This position is 100% commission-based, offering you the potential to earn based on your efforts and success.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Proactively reach out to potential clients through various channels (phone, email, social media) to generate leads and build a client base.

- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify clients' insurance requirements and recommend appropriate coverage options.

- Present and explain insurance policies to clients, helping them understand the features, benefits, and terms.

- Assist clients in completing insurance applications and ensure all necessary documentation is submitted accurately and promptly.

- Follow up with clients to address any questions or concerns, provide policy updates, and explore opportunities for additional coverage.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.

- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in insurance sales, financial services, or a related field is preferred but not required.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

- Ability to understand and explain complex insurance products and coverage options.

- Proficiency with computers and the ability to navigate online sales platforms and CRM systems.

- Valid insurance license (or willingness to obtain one) is required in the state where you plan to sell.
