We are seeking a dedicated Paralegal to join our team in a full-time role from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, ideal for someone passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of immigration law. Position Summary:

The role is suited for someone who thrives in a self-directed, autonomous work environment. This role is ideal for a Paralegal with experience in case review and immigration law, emphasizing strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist attorneys with all aspects of immigration case preparation, including personal declarations, intake, lead tracking, and legal research.
  • Review, edit, and finalize supporting documents.
  • Communicate with clients to gather necessary information, update them on case progress, and respond to inquiries.
  • Maintain and audit case files and keep accurate records in our case management system.
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely filing of all documents.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an immigration paralegal (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of immigration forms, procedures, and USCIS processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on client care.
  • Proficiency in legal research and case management software.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
