Safe Haven Security is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to join our growing team! We're looking for a motivated, go-getter with some real HUSTLE! Previous management experience is preferred, but we'll develop a high-performing sales rep with the right ATTITUDE!A selling, phone-based sales manager role that will be working in a remote capacity. The sales manager is responsible for not only overseeing and coaching their (remote/inside sales) team, but also managing vendor partnerships and personally selling ADT's core residential product: Home Security and Home Automation.Responsibilities:Manage and grow networked relationships with industry vendors/partnersMaintain and/or exceed minimum personal sales requirements (direct sales to the clients of our vendors/partners)Conduct training, provide 1:1 coaching/development, facilitate daily team huddlesTrack and audit leads and total sales volumeSupport your team by controlling attrition, critical to your overall successMotivate the team through phone and group chat communicationProvide real-time coaching and call shadowingPerform other duties as requested by National Sales ManagementQualifications:3+ years of Inside (phone-based) Sales experience, supervisory preferredAbility to work efficiently with technical devices and platforms including laptops, CRM software and similar support toolsInnate ability to lead and motivate othersCompensation:Competitive weekly base salaryUncapped commissions on personal salesUncapped overrides on your sales staffMonthly performance bonusesPaid trainingHealth, dental, vision, & 401k benefitsEducation:Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Job Type:Full-time RemoteOn Target Earnings:$120,000 - $160,000Training:If selected, candidate will be required to take part in our 3-week, mandatory sales/management training at our corporate headquarters in Kansas City, MissouriSafe Haven will take care of all associated travel expenses for this mandatory trainingEqual Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
