No prior finance or insurance experience is required – we provide comprehensive training both in-person and online to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.Our agency operates remotely, utilizing Zoom for client meetings and collaboration. You'll have the flexibility to choose your hours, with initial training and client interactions requiring approximately 10-20 hours per week. This is a commission-based position offering unlimited earning potential – the more families you assist, the more you earn. On average, our Training Associates generate $2,000 to $6,000 per month.Responsibilities:• Identify and engage potential clients to understand their financial goals and concerns.• Conduct thorough information-gathering sessions to assess client needs and preferences.• Analyze client data to develop personalized financial solutions and strategies.• Provide ongoing support and service to clients, ensuring their financial objectives are met.• Develop and implement individualized business and marketing plans to expand your client base.• Continuously enhance your professional skills and knowledge through ongoing training and development.• Contribute to marketing and expansion initiatives to drive agency growth.• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high ethical standards.Qualifications:• Legal U.S. Resident, Citizen, or Work Permit holder with SSN.• Ability to pass a background check.• Demonstrated accountability, integrity, and openness to learning.• Highly motivated and disciplined, capable of working independently.• Organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in time management.• Strong sales, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.• Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment.• Genuine interest in financial education and willingness to obtain necessary licenses.Skills:• Proficiency in computer software such as Zoom, Microsoft Office, Google Calendar, and Google Drive.• Strong interpersonal skills for effective client communication.• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new concepts and technologies.• Customer service excellence and the ability to lead and motivate others.• Sales and marketing acumen for business development.Join us in our mission to provide accessible financial education and support to all families.
