The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in navigating and selecting appropriate Life Insurance and Medicare plans to meet their healthcare needs.Duties:- Meet face to face with clients- Administer sales processes, including negotiating plan options and pricing- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable plans- Analyze client information to provide tailored insurance sales solutions- Engage in outside sales activities to attract new clients- Manage benefits administration for clients- Must be in any of these states (AZ,NM,UT,CO and NV)Skills:- Strong sales administration skills- Ability to negotiate effectively- Excellent communication skills- Experience in insurance sales is preferred- Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate solutions- Familiarity with outside sales practices- Knowledge of benefits administration processes
