Your Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive insurance needs assessments for clients and recommend suitable insurance products.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service.

Educate clients on the importance of insurance and assist them in making informed decisions.

Utilize leads provided by PCFG Insurance Services and actively prospect for new clients.

Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulations to deliver high-quality service.

Your Profile:

High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus, but not required.

Previous experience in the insurance industry is preferred, but we welcome candidates with a strong drive to learn and grow.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and build rapport with clients.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.

Ability to work independently and remotely in a virtual environment.

Proficient computer skills and familiarity with insurance software is advantageous.
