About the job Remote Job Administrative Assistant The position supports the programs mission of providing access to medical marijuana for patients with a serious medical condition through a safe and effective method of delivery that balances patient need for access to the latest treatments with patient care and safety. The position is responsible for facilitating and completing the approval process for practitioners to participate in the program. It will also analyze current operational procedures and make recommendations for improvements. Interested in learning more? - Full-time employment - 37.5 hours per week.
- Work hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) full-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITYQUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Such training as may have been gained through graduation from a four year college or university or any equivalent combination of experience and training.
Other Requirements:
- This particular position requires two or more years of full-time technical/paraprofessional level (or higher level) experience working in Pennsylvanias medical marijuana industry.

- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
