I reduced costs through effective supply chain management, Responsibilities: Provide real-time customer support via live chat Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and technical support Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams for resolution Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Identify and report trends in customer inquiries to improve overall customer experience Qualifications: Excellent written communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills Experience in customer service or support role preferred Familiarity with CRM software and live chat platforms High school diploma or equivalent Are you a customer service rockstar looking for a remote opportunity to shine?
