- Write or manage clear, concise, and persuasive copy for various channels, including source copy, e-commerce, outbound commercial marketing, and packaging.
- Work with the marketing team, product teams, and key stakeholders to understand the objectives, audience, and tone of each project.
- Edit and proofread copy for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and accuracy.
- Manage and track multiple product messaging documents at once while keeping stakeholders up to date on the latest status.
- Manage communication and feedback to agencies for messaging- or marketing-related projects.
- Facilitate creative reviews with key stakeholders and apply creative and technical feedback at different stages of the project.
- Ensure critical milestones and final delivery are on time.

Experience Required for Your Success - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field
- 3 years of experience as a copywriter and project manager, preferably in the PC, tech, or adjacent industry
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- Expert in organization and project management
- Creative thinker with a flair for storytelling and understanding of e-commerce
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with various stakeholders
- Attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and content management systems
- Experience with outbound communication to enterprise customers and short- and long-form copy (i.e. articles, emails, social posts) preferred
