Location: Washington,IL, USA
The candidate will work within a security team that provides operational support for Operational Technology / factory security monitoring platform. This team provides general support, tuning, and responds to events identified by the platform. Typical task breakdown: -Network configuration validation and remediation. (Correlation of data from multiple sources to determine if our Nozomi solution is receiving all network traffic. Remediation of any misconfigurations.) -Remote deployment of new Nozomi appliances at different facilities within the organization. Travel not required. -OT asset & vulnerability management. Work with OT asset owners to remediate asset or vulnerability issues. -Engage the OT Passive monitoring vendor for improvement, enhancement, and troubleshooting. -Engage the business for validation, troubleshooting, and configuration support. -Engage in and make recommendations for ongoing service offering improvement. -Automation w/Python. -Working with a team of about 8 people and working with end users. Work environment: - Fully remote - daily stand ups. Candidate Requirements Education & Experience Required: -Associate's degree in computer programming or relevant field 7+ years experience -Bachelor's degree preferred with at least 5+ years experience Technical Skills Required -Strong network knowledge -3+ years exp past network administration experience -3+ years exp with Python Automation (integration with Linux and API's) Nice to have -OT security solution experience (Nozomi preferred) -NetBrain or ScienceLogic experience Soft Skills -High level communication skills. -Working independently, able push projects forward on own. Required Skills : Must have a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of network experience OR an Associate's degree and 7 years of network experience. Must be able to work CST hours with the workday starting at 8:00 AM CST. Experience with python automation and Linux is required. Basic Qualification : Experience with Nozomi or Dragos is highly preferred. Additional Skills : Experience with Nozomi or Dragos is highly preferred.
