***THIS POSITION IS REMOTE COVERING NEW JERSEY, NEW YORK, DELAWARE AND PENNSYLVANIA*** We are a cutting-edge physical security solution provider that is committed to giving its clients the tools they need to succeed in both business and life. We have been providing enterprise-class securitysystems for over 50 years, leading the way in the development of the magnetic stripe card reader in the mid-1990s, and producing access control software and hardware since the early 70's.Position Overview:The Outside Sales Rep will be responsible for overseeing sales activities within a designated region, focusing on the sales of access control, CCTV, video monitoring, and security hardware products. The ideal candidate will be a driven and results-oriented professional with a strong background in sales and a comprehensive understanding of the security industry.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners within the region
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the market
  • Manage and oversee the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
  • Work closely with marketing and product development teams to ensure a strong understanding of products and services and their alignment with market needs
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to upper management
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the company's products and services
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the security industry
  • Strong understanding of access control, CCTV, video monitoring, and security hardware products
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to lead and manage a sales team effectively
  • Willingness to travel within the designated region and attend industry events and conferences
  • Proficiency in sales and CRM software
