Healthcare Customer Service Representatives Needed!!!Description:Ability to handle 75+ inbound and/or outbound calls effectivelyDaily collection on patient account balances to meet or exceed a monthly collection goalAnalyzes accounts for proper billing procedures and takes necessary action to rebill/resolve as necessaryUtilize internal and external software to retrieve, input, or modify information needed to explain the charge and answer questions for patientsWillingness to follow up with patients as needed to provide information related to account/balance resolutionAccurately document accounts including details related to the callSkills:inbound and outbound calls, payment process, collections medical, emr, microsoft officeAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Previous experience from a healthcare collections or billing role preferredExperience using multiple computer systems at one timeExperience previously working with patients in a customer service or clinical roleelAbout TEKsystems:We're partners in transformation.
