Healthcare CSR

Duties:

+ Relationship Management: Build trusted relationships with patients, prescribers, and stakeholders through proactive communication and timely, accurate execution of deliverables.

+ Benefits Verification: Perform thorough patient-level benefits verifications and coordinate prior authorizations in compliance with payer guidelines and regulations.

+ Patient Assistance: Review enrollment forms and supporting documentation to determine patient eligibility for assistance programs and communicate this information effectively.

+ Communication: Conduct program welcome calls, post-benefits investigation calls, and manage all client inquiries with exceptional service.

+ Inbound Call Management: Handle inbound calls (up to 50 per day during peak season), triage patients to the appropriate resources, and resolve inquiries promptly and accurately.

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients and healthcare providers.

A commitment to adhering to all relevant laws and regulations, including HIPAA and insurance guidelines.

Previous experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or customer service preferred but not required.
