We are currently hiring for full-time, remote-eligible Patient Services Associate positions! To qualify, candidates must reside within the states of Kentucky or Indiana, at least 50 miles away from our headquarters in Jeffersonville, IN, and meet the company's work-from-home requirements, includinga reliable internet connection and a speed test, as detailed in the job description below. While this is a full-time opportunity, the role will support our peak season and is expected to last through early 2025. After the seasonal period, we will assess business needs and performance to explore potential future opportunities within the company for continued full-time placement. Provide feedback where issues arise on how obstacles can be overcome to get patient on paid therapy.Patient Services Associates are expected to be patient-focused and committed to providing the highest quality customer service all while maintaining a sense of compliance and commitment to abiding by company policies and procedures.RequirementsThis job might be for you if (must have requirements of the role):Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience required; completion of a high school diploma or GED is requiredCustomer service and healthcare industry experience strongly preferredAbility to work an 8.5-hour shift between 8 am to 8 pm, Monday to Friday required. Assigned shifts may change depending on business need.Bi-lingual in English and Spanish or is a plusPossesses reliable internet with a minimum download speed of 30 mbps and minimum upload speed of 10 mbps.Must have a private, quiet location to set up your workstation, free from distractions, where you can maintain confidentiality and meet company expectations for remote work.Remote work eligibility is subject to all work from home criteria met and based on business need (Resident in the state of Indiana or Kentucky and reside 50+ miles from our HQ office.)Physical Demands & Work EnvironmentWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit for long periods of time, use hands to type, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Must be able to type 35 WPM with 97% accuracy.Although very minimal, flexibility to travel as needed is preferred.This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, etc.Due to investment in program specific training, candidates are expected to maintain role for a minimum of 6 months, or within a client-facing role, prior to being considered eligible for lateral or promotion level move.
