About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Project Management Factory Lead to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing and leading project management teams, ensuring successful project delivery, and optimizing project processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a PMO environment and will work closely with Evergreen's internal Project Management to facilitate program execution. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of services, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing their expectations and ensuring their satisfaction with the services provided. Lead a team of project managers and technical experts, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally. Monitor and report on the performance of service delivery, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Utilize Microsoft Project Online as a PPMO tool to maintain project charters, project financials, project schedules, project issues and risks, and project documentation. Monitor and report on the performance of program delivery, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Responsible for all projects across the PMF and must have a deep understanding of each project team's health, quality of requirements/documentation, data, and escalations. Proactive in sharing feedback on which PMs are underperforming and what process improvements are taking place. Understand each team's process/projects (e. g., if a PM is out sick/vacation, the PMF Lead can step in and manage/help run their projects, ensuring continuity). Executive stakeholder communication, including presentations, specifically QBRs. Experience developing matrixed organizations. Strong background with establishing metrics and reporting criteria for senior decision makers. Bachelor's degree in fields such as Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Proven experience in a service/program delivery management role, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges. Knowledge of ITIL and other relevant frameworks for service delivery management. Experience working in a client-facing role, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Experience with Microsoft Project Online for project management and documentation. Must Haves: The ideal candidate will have 8 to 10 years of experience in standing up or supporting enterprise PMOs. A strong background in supporting successful delivery of all in-scope projects, varying from Change Management to the organizational projects our PMs oversee. PMP Certification and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Experience acting as the main point of contact for clients, managing their expectations and ensuring their satisfaction with the services provided.
