An employer is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to sit remotely. Your primary responsibility will be to support internal recruiting efforts for mid level to executive level roles in the technology, finance, marketing, HR, and other corporate groups. You will partner closely with candidates and hiring managers to usher candidates through the sourcing/ interviewing process and track all related statuses. You will support the senior HR recruiter and assist them with any related coordination activities such as executing recruitment processes, managing the candidate experience, onboard new hires and heavily utilize Monday. com for tracking all open, closed and pending positions. Additional responsibilities would include updating related decks for leaders, recruitment process improvement, screening candidates and issuing offers to selected candidates.
