This position will be responsible for remotely weighing and ticketing customer trucks for multiple aggregate locations. This position will perform a variety of operational, recordkeeping and clerical tasks. This is not a work from home opportunity. Essential Responsibilities. Remotely weighing and ticketing customer trucks. Work cooperatively with sales dept & dispatch. Understand customers needs and requirements. Answer incoming telephone calls. Cash sales document, verify & accurately fill out checks for customers. Research problem tickets and properly document findings. Convey any known customer needs and/or complaints with the appropriate people. Maintain files for truckers insurance, tax exempt certificates, and overload permits. Assist administrator and manager as required. Other duties as assigned. Preferred Education and Experience High School Diploma or equivalent. Basic computer knowledge/skills, Excel, and Outlook.
