As a Dealer Account Manager, you will be the first face our Dealers see, and the first voice they hear over the phone that represents ZLINE! Dealer Account Managers enjoy building relationships, making sales, staying competitive with their awesome team, and are excellent communicators.ZLINE's customer experience is top priority - Everyone hired on as a ZLINE employee will receive customer experience training before moving into their respective department training. This training is proven to be the best way to learn product and company knowledge which is applicable to every role within the company.Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Management experience is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Great organizational and follow-up skills
  • Literacy with Mac OS computer systems
  • Familiarity with the Google Suite (ie. Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail)
  • Ability to be on the phone, email, and chat communication for about 8 hours/day
  • Ability to travel around 40% of the time to see out-of-town Dealers
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM
  • Sales or Dealer relationship management experience
  • Dedicated to being a forever learner of Product Knowledge (We create new SKUs every quarter!)
  • Ability to go above and beyond what is asked of you
Key Roles
  • Full Account Management and Ownership: Manage a portfolio of Dealer Partners by processing orders, providing support, and growing business sales
  • Patience and understanding of customer needs, ability to de-escalate when necessary
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Dealer Partners
    • Identify opportunities to grow accounts
    • Identify areas of improvement for accounts (both internal and external)
  • Ensuring up-to-date product information, inventory, and promotion materials
  • Conduct training: virtual, in-person
  • Convert Leads to Accounts
Working Hours & Hours of OperationMonday - Thursday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm with a 1-hour lunch Fridays 8:00 am - 4:30 pm with a 30-minute lunchCompensationStarting at $50,000+ Dependent on ExperienceBenefits & PerksAvailable to all full-time employees after 90 working days
