- Assisting and troubleshooting customer concerns
- Verifying data and information using a verification process
- Addressing customers questions while displaying exceptional customer service skills
- Documenting both customer concerns and solutions
- Meeting or exceeding all managed metrics
- Keeping your community safe and making a difference
