Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Modeling: Create and maintain project finance models to evaluate the financial feasibility and potential return on investment of solar projects.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities and risks that could impact our financial model and strategies.
  • Risk Assessment: Analyze potential risks and rewards associated with transactions, ensuring that they align with the company's strategic goals and financial objectives.
  • M&A Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence on potential M&A targets, including financial, high-level technical, and market analysis, to assess their suitability for integration into our solar development business.
  • Valuation: Determine the valuation of potential targets and assist in negotiating favorable terms and conditions.
  • Deal Structuring: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop deal structures that maximize value while aligning with our company's long-term vision and financial objectives.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports and recommendations to management, guiding them in making informed decisions.
#LI-ONSITE Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in project finance modelling, M&A, or corporate finance, with a strong understanding of renewable energy and solar development.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, project finance principles and market research.
  • Proficiency and proven experience with Microsoft Office, including advanced proficiency in PowerPoint
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of energy sector regulations and industry trends is a plus.
