Job Description:
A Renewal Customer Success Specialist (CSS) at Mendix is responsible for managing and renewing Mendix customer software contracts. As part of the Customer Success Organization, the Renewal CSS will drive and manage the renewal process for Mendix customers. As a Renewal CSS, you will work directly with customers and in partnership with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to drive on-time, multi-year renewals, reduce churn, and increase Annual Contract Value (ACV). Candidates should demonstrate experience navigating complex contracting processes, pricing and product negotiation skills, and an ability to build relationships while creatively solving customer challenges.
