Position Summary

As Veoci continues to expand, we are seeking a talented Renewal Specialist to join our team and support our renewal process. As a Renewal Specialist, for a set of assigned organizations, you will be responsible for managing and executing the renewal process, ensuring timely renewals of our company's contracts, subscriptions, or services with existing clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the renewal process for each assigned account from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate renewals by preparing renewal quotes and all necessary documents.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all renewal activities, communications, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Communicate with customers to discuss renewal options, contract terms, and any necessary changes or updates as well as address concerns.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to gather necessary information and documentation for renewals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to fulfill customer requests and resolve any contract-related issues or discrepancies.
  • Prepare and present reports on renewal performance and customer feedback.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve the renewal process and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback and insights to the team to optimize renewal strategies.
  • Convey any opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services that may arise during your interaction with a customer.
  • Escalate in a timely manner when a renewal is affected and could be delayed or even canceled.

Qualifications

  • A bachelors degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
  • 2 years of experience in customer service, account management, or related fields.
  • Experience with CRM systems and data management.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple customer renewal cycles concurrently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in renewal contracts and customer information.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues that could impact customer satisfaction and contract renewals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong customer relationships.

Physical Requirements & Compensation

Veoci offers remote work flexibility, with this role being required to work on campus, a minimum of three days per week with the option to work off site on other days.

The wage range for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 plus benefits.Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
