Job Title: Renovation and Restoration Crew Member - Property Restoration and ConstructionJoin our team as a Renovation and Restoration Crew Member, where you'll play an important role in supporting renovation and construction projects, emergency services, and demolition. As a crew member, you'll engage in physical labor tasks using various tools and equipment to ensure the successful completion of diverse projects. From site preparation to cleanup, your contribution will be essential to our team's success.Key Responsibilities•Maintain a clean and safe job site, including daily site cleanup and janitorial tasks as requested.•Assist with equipment maintenance and cleaning to ensure proper functioning.•Update production supervisors on project details and progress.•Follow written work orders and procedures to complete tasks efficiently.•Perform duties within a reasonable timeframe while maintaining quality standards.•Assist with emergency services and after-hours work as needed.•Replace bathroom and kitchen fixtures/faucets, including associated piping and accessories.•Read plans, instructions, and specifications to determine work activities accurately.•Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate potential hazards.•Load, unload, and distribute building materials, machinery, and tools according to project plans.•Assist equipment operators, carpenters, and other skilled laborers as required.•Perform basic electrical work and installation of backsplash, tile, bath accessories, and door hardware.•Assemble and dismantle temporary structures such as scaffolding.•Follow instructions from supervisors and communicate effectively with team members.•Complete all tasks on time or communicate any delays to the manager in advance.•Demonstrate attention to detail and contribute to a positive customer experience.•Perform other duties as assigned.Preferred Qualifications•Reliable and dependable •Leadership skills that ensure positive motivation of others•Positive attitude and interpersonal skills•Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus but not required •Ability to drive a company vehicle (driver's license required) Must have a clean driving record Compensation and Benefits•Salary Range $32,000 - $37,000 •Paid Time Off•Paid Holidays•Retirement Benefits•Continuing Education ReimbursementIf you are ready to contribute your skills to exciting renovation and restoration projects, we encourage you to apply for the Renovation and Restoration Crew Member position.
