The Rental Agent is responsible for creating and maintaining successful relationships with landlords and closing rental inquiries efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Determine the needs, living standards, and economic viability of customers in order to match those needs to a property.
• Process contracts with tenants and collect security deposits to ensure closing of the deal.
• Validate all personal references and rental application information.
• Promote available properties using various social media and websites to help ensure quick rental contracts.
• Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically to maintain our level of company standards.

Qualifications

• Familiar with leasing regulations.
• Competent in Microsoft Office programs and willingness to learn new programs and systems.
• Proven track of successful sales record.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Compensation

Up to $120,000
