Responsibilities:
- Listen to and identify customer needs, offering additional products and services to enhance their travel experience.
- Engage customers without reservations to increase market share.
- Guide customers through the rental process, offering solutions and creating a memorable experience.
- Assist with vehicle exchanges, returns, future reservations, and addressing any concerns.
- Sell additional products, contributing to your financial success through commissions and incentives.
Requirements:
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends (guaranteed 2 consecutive days off in a 7-day period).
- Willingness to cover shifts for colleagues on vacation or PTO.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid and insurable Driver's License.
- Effective verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills (typing, data entry).
- Professionalism and enthusiasm in customer interactions.
- Proven sales techniques in a fast-paced environment.
- Punctuality.
