We are looking for a Rental Dispatch Supervisor to oversee all dispatch operations for Mustang Rental Services. Rental Dispatch Supervisor Benefits include:

As the Rental Dispatch Supervisor, you will be responsible for all dispatching functions for Mustang Rental Services, including field service and equipment pick-up and delivery Rental Dispatch Supervisor Responsibilities include:
- Employee management (hiring, managing, development, discipline, etc.)
- Dispatch field technicians, lube technicians, and aerial technicians for service repairs and maintenance
- Dispatch haul trucks
- Coordinate equipment pick-up and delivery with jobsite, branch location, and haul truck
- Represent Mustang in a professional manner in and away from the office
Rental Dispatch Supervisor Position requirements:
- College degree in Business, Management, Technical, or other related field
- Will consider equivalent work experience in lieu of educational requirements
- At least 5 years experience working in the heavy equipment industry
- Minimum of 3 years experience working in transpiration
- Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Professional communication skills (verbal and written)
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Experience leading a team to meet department and company goals
- Must be self-motivated, customer service oriented, and organized
Strongly preferred experience:
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Knowledge of CAT equipment
- Understanding of rental equipment application by our customers
