The Rental Lead is responsible for assisting in the leadership and daily operations at all resort rental locations while focusing on guest service and supporting and training rental technicians.

Who you are
* Rental experience a plus
* Good communication and interpersonal skills working with a team
* Previous leadership experience preferred
* Comfortable working with computers, equipment, and customers in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to read and speak English
* Detail oriented
What you will do
* Work with Rental Supervisor in daily operations which include but not limited to; scheduling of rental tech breaks, training, opening & closing procedures, rental presets for group rentals and village service rentals
* Monitor and maintain quality and appearance of Rental facilities
* Be current on rental products offering and demonstrating knowledge of products and upselling packages
* Be the go-to leader when the Rental Supervisor is off-site
* Help train and oversee the employee testing process for binding indemnification
* Continually work with rental techs to ensure safe practices
* Provide training to improve the knowledge base of the staff
* Help maintain the integrity of the equipment with daily inspections and help with scheduling tuning services
* Work with Rental Supervisor to transfer rental goods between locations to perfect our rental model inventory; includes Chalet Sports, Snow Sports School, Village Services
* Maintain all rental paperwork ensuring forms are filled, signed, and filed correctly
* Quickly and effectively, solve guest inquiries and use best judgment to escalate unresolved guest issues to Retail Rental Manager in a timely manner
* Assist with Retail, cross train employees to be able to job share in retail when needed
* Embrace, promote and comply with Sugar Bowl's mission, values, policies and procedures
* Must be able to work holiday periods and weekends
* Conduct snow removal, daily litter management and assist with ski racks in the Judah Plaza
* Meet Authorized Driver and Background Check requirements
* Other duties as assigned
