Job Summary:The Rental/Loaner Car Coordinator at Stanley is responsible for managing the rental and loaner car program for our dealership in Belfast, Maine. This individual will work closely with the service, sales and body shop departments to ensure a smooth and efficient process for customers in need of rental or loaner vehicles. This is a full-time administrative position in the auto industry, and the ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, customer service experience, and a passion for providing exceptional support to our customers.Compensation & Benefits:- This is a full-time, salary position- Competitive salary based on experience- Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance- 401k retirement plan with company match- Paid time off and holidays- On-the-job training and career development opportunitiesResponsibilities:- Coordinate the rental and loaner car program for the dealership- Communicate with service and sales departments to determine customer needs for rental or loaner vehicles- Maintain a fleet of rental and loaner cars, ensuring they are clean, well-maintained, and ready for customer use- Process rental agreements and manage contracts for rental and loaner vehicles- Track rental and loaner car usage, mileage, and expenses- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any concerns or questions regarding their rental or loaner vehicle experience- Conduct regular inventory checks and work with vendors to ensure an adequate supply of rental and loaner cars- Perform administrative tasks such as filing paperwork, organizing rental agreements, and updating records in the dealership system- Assist with other administrative duties as neededRequirements:- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred- 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software programs- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if neededEEOC Statement:Stanley is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
