Rental Shop Manager to lead our rental operations and ensure a top-notch guest and employee experience. This role will manage rental shop activities, inventory control, and staff to optimize performance, sales, and profitability.
Job Responsibilities:- Maximize Equipment Rentals:Train staff on policies and procedures, maintain rentable equipment, and ensure optimal use.
- Guest Satisfaction & Customer Service:Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service, managing scheduling, and ensuring staff readiness.
- Inventory & Merchandising:Oversee inventory control, manage equipment repairs, and ensure effective merchandising displays.
- Team Management & Development:Schedule, train, and mentor staff, conduct performance evaluations, and foster a team environment.
- Safety & Housekeeping:Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety guidelines, conducting regular safety trainings, and overseeing daily housekeeping tasks.
- Financial Oversight:Manage payroll budgets, monitor expenses, and implement revenue strategies to meet financial goals.
- Compliance & Professionalism:Ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs, and promote a culture of professionalism.
Driving:- Have a valid Driver's license and ability to pass the Snowshoe Driving Program
Education:- High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Experience:- Previous experience in rental shop management preferred
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
