Job DescriptionWe are currently working with an industrial equipment rental company in Orange County, TX that is looking to fill the position of Rental Operations Manager. We seek a highly organized and experienced Rental Operations Manager to oversee and optimize all aspects of the rental operations, ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality service delivery. Key Responsibilities:: Oversee daily operations of the rental equipment division, including logistics, scheduling, and equipment availability. Ensure rental equipment is properly maintained, inspected, and serviced to meet safety and quality standards. Manage vendor relationships for parts, maintenance services, and equipment procurement. Qualifications: Proven experience in rental operations management, preferably within the industrial equipment or construction rental industry. Proficient in inventory management software, rental management systems, and other relevant tools. Knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements. Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field is preferred, but not required. The salary range is $80-120k DOE This position is on-site. US citizen or permanent resident.
