WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As our Rental Service Coordinator, you will be in a dynamic, multi-faceted role that ensures our customers have a great experience when they get their equipment repaired at Pape'. Every day, you will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing service department work, providing excellent service to customers in person and on the phone, assisting with dispatching technicians, and more! You will also act as our backup Rental Coordinator, processing customer orders and assisting customers and the Sales team.

WHAT YOU NEED:
- Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, and the ability to learn our internal computer systems.
- Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
- Ability to thrive in a team.
- Experience working directly with customers and knowledge of the material handling market are preferred.
Compensation: $25-36/hr (Depending on Experience)Why work for Pape':
