- Pay: $15 per hour
- Start Date: Mid-November to Mid-December with positions available throughout the season.
- Seasonal: This position is available from Mid-November to Late March, aligning with our winter ski and summer bike seasons. Seasonal work involves temporary employment tied to specific times of the year
- Schedule: May require working early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Responsibilities:- Maintain Guest Service Standards: Provide information on equipment, the shop, resort, and area; uphold professionalism and appearance; coordinate with other departments for guest rentals.
- Ensure Guest Satisfaction: Deliver excellent service, teamwork, and safety; ensure financial accuracy and equipment knowledge.
- Support Team Operations: Assist the Rental Store Manager and Supervisor with daily tasks.
- Promote Safety: Follow safety guidelines, maintain a clutter-free workspace, and adhere to food/drink policies.
- Ensure Liability Compliance: Collect and record guest/employee information; manage equipment records and maintenance needs.
- Contribute to Team Effort: Achieve results as needed and assist with related tasks.
Education:- High School Diploma or GED
