Under the direction of the Slots Supervisor, incumbent greets guests, provides information pertaining to games and provides customers with proper change. This is a Customer Service position responsible for paying jackpots and assisting guests on the casino floor. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Essential job duties include, but are not limited to:Communicates all customer service issues to key personnel. Accurately performs customer transactions. Provides superior customer service, positively effects interactions with external and internal customers and employees. Has the resiliency to deal with difficult customers in all types of business conditions and the ability to work harmoniously with coworkers. Pays and verifies jackpots on slot machines according to established procedures. Promotes the Club Card Program as well as understand/presents current card benefits and program information to customers. Accurately maintains money flow during shift with customers and employees.
