Specializing in repairs, inventory management, and import facilitation, Carousel supports European luxury brands who wish to improve their operations within the USA. Although Carousel is a recent addition to the well-established Diamond Cellar company, it is rapidly growing and positioned as the trusted aftercare solution for the industry.

Position Overview:

As the Repair Concierge (RC), you will be the main point of contact for coordinating and managing client accounts and their service (repair) requests. This role is crucial for delivering a smooth and efficient repair experience to our luxury brands and their clients. You will be responsible for organizing workflows, communicating updates, and handling billing and invoicing. Serving as the link between repair teams, brand clients, and internal departments, the RC is essential to maintaining Carousel's high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for brands, managing inquiries and providing regular status updates.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of repair tickets, from initial intake to final delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality service.
  • Identify opportunities for new partnerships and foster a strong relationship with existing brands.
  • Record all repair-related costs accurately, including shipping fees, parts, and service costs.
  • Generate invoices once repairs are completed and costs are confirmed.
  • Assist with planning and creating growth strategies.
  • Prepare and distribute reports on repair statuses, workflow efficiency, and billing as needed.
  • Address and resolve client concerns, upholding Carousel's reputation for exceptional service.

Qualifications:

  • Bonus: Previous experience in fashion or luxury
  • Customer service and communication skills
  • Basic computer skills in Excel and Word
  • Organizational skills and an eye for detail
  • A positive, high-energy, entrepreneurial spirit
  • A team player who is inspired by other's successes as well as your own
  • Able to work traditional 9-5 hours
